Standing Yoga

The Standing Yogo program is an easy to follow session using movements based on traditional Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Zen concepts, while focusing on building flexibility, strength and balance.

Cycle

Spin - 

This class drives home two objectives: utilising variable pedal cadence to increase the training effect and increasing intensity by minimising breaks between tracks. Push yourself and you’ll be killing calories.

HIIT Cycle -

A high intensity interval training using a spin bike to achieve fast results. A short and intense workout with no impact on joints and achievable for people with limited movement and mobility.

HIIT Step

HIIT Step is a new, innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. HIIT Step is a high energy class that will push you to new limits.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates

Let us introduce you to ROAR REFORMER PILATES. We do Reformer Pilates, but we do it differently. Our Reformer Pilates classes are located at 24-hour fitness studios across Perth, including Canning Vale, Bibra Lake and Cockburn. Core

A class devoted purely to your mid section, whether you're advanced or looking to rebuild strength through your core this class is for you.

Active Ages

Active Ages is our over 60s circuit class, conducted in our Group Fitness room. This newly designed class is aimed to keep our senior members fit, healthy and mobile while enjoying the social side of a gym atmosphere.

All participants must provide a CURRENT medical clearance from a GP prior to attending their first Active Ages class.

Strong

A constantly changing class that suits any individual who enjoys training in a group environment. The class uses body weight, free weights and cardio to shape, tone and improve cardio fitness and endurance. All exercises can be easily adapted and modified to either increase or decrease the intensity of the workout.
