Mums & Bubs

Our Mums + Bubs program focuses on introducing new mums back into the gym postpartum. With each week having a different focus point, we will give you the support you need to recover before progressing you back to gaining strength across your body.

*A play matt or capsule is required. No prams is preferred. Children aged 8 weeks -12 months.

ROAR Strength and Conditioning

ROAR S&C is not your traditional group fitness program. With coaching at the forefront, to ensure both stimulus and technique are continually directed, this structured offering consists of training blocks that progress over 6-8 weeks. Our strength class of  focuses on simple, linear progression in strength where progress can be measured. To do this we perform a variation of movements using Barbells, KB’s, DBs & cables, from our primary compound lifts, through to our supplementary accessory work . Our engine class, a staple for conditioning, is focused on developing the different energy systems and supporting changes to body composition using a range of rowers, ski ergs, bikes, bodyweight movements and more.
