Our Reformer Pilates classes are tailored for all ages and fitness levels. If you want an all body workout then Reformer is the class for you. You will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body and learn something new every class. We can modify all moves to suit your abilities and goals making it the perfect class for everyone.
Mums & Bubs
This class is for mums wanting to get back into fitness. This class focuses on functional movements and bodyweight exercises using your bub as your weight.
*A play matt or capsule is required. No prams. Children aged 8 weeks -12 months
This class works to gently align the body, improve posture, strength, flexibility and helps calm the mind. Harmonising mind, body and breath, the class is suitable for all levels with options for the more advanced. The class concludes with a relaxation meditation component
GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results.
Yin Yang Flow
The class begins with Vinyasa, based on modern power yoga with traditional pranayama (breath) and asana (postures). The yoga is practised in a flow (continuous) format and is combined with an inspiring musical soundtrack. Then Relax and melt into your mat with Yin Yoga works on the deep connective tissue of the body known as Fascia Release chronic tension and stress while nourishing your body and relaxing your mind.

This is the Roar yoga signature class. A heated Vinyasa class, based on modern power yoga with traditional pranayama (breath) and asana (postures). The yoga is practised in a flow (continuous) format and is combined with an inspiring musical soundtrack. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
A wild mash up of boxing, kick boxing, cardio, afro, pop, rock, pilates, disco and everything in between. This is addictive because it’s the perfect concoction of easy-to-do moves, insane music and routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt, and redefine your physique. Burn up to 700 calories!
This has all the elements and benefits of traditional boxing classes, but by working on freestanding bags, you eliminate the rotation of swapping between pad holding and punching so the intensity is jam packed with smaller recovery intervals.
Engine – RFX
Our once a week Engine class is not for the faint hearted. This class is for our more experienced athlete with high skill and high heart rate workouts done with a partner. You'll be guaranteed to have a good time and push yourself out of that comfort zone.
Intro To Fundamentals
Never done Reformer Pilates before? This is the class for you. Our beginner friendly class ensures you have great technique and are confident when going into your first class. This style of class runs at a slightly slower pace then our normal reformer class, giving you the opportunity to learn new exercises at your own pace. This class is suitable for participants that are new to Reformer or coming back to exercise after a break.
TRAIN will take you to that next level of training. This class will challenge your speed, endurance and power in a fun and challenging circuit style of class. If you need a kick up the butt, you need to TRAIN.
MOVE consists of both strength and cardio conditioning exercises that are adapted to your fitness level by our coaches. Our main aim is to teach you how to MOVE better and gain functional strength without all the aches and pains of training. Get the most out of your workout with MOVE

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques. This workout uses functional equipment and exercises mixed with our unique brand of metafit timings, commands and music for a power workout

This Reformer cardio tramp class adds a mixture of dynamic, explosive movements to the regular class. A cardio tramp class session has aerobic and plyometric benefits, especially if injury or health conditions prevent you from jumping in an upright position.
