We have enhanced our class booking policy to ensure an even better experience for everyone. By implementing our ‘no-show’ policy, we aim to make class availability more accessible for all our members, allowing us to manage class demand more effectively at the same time.

As part of this improvement, we have introduced a $20 no-show fee for unattended reservations. *This fee will be enforced for members who book a class but neither attend nor cancel their reservation in advance.

As a friendly reminder, the app makes it really easy to see your upcoming class booking details in advance. We encourage you to make use of the ‘Bookings’ tab along the bottom of your screen.
