SARA DIGNEY

Personal Trainer

Sara is a mother of three who has gained a lot of life experience. She has faced chronic illness, as well as injury and surgery rehabilitation, and has found personal training to be beneficial in her journey. Sara is motivated not only by her own goals, but also by her clients' goals. She strongly believes that with determination, any obstacle can be overcome. Fifteen years ago, Sara was told that her chronic illness would leave her debilitated for the rest of her life. Sara refused to accept that this was her fate. She started moving again and eventually became a member of Roar, where a knowledgeable coach helped her reclaim her life. Now, Sara's focus is on helping others improve their quality of life and become the best versions of themselves.
