Personal Trainer

Natasha considers training to be a massive part of her life, and turning this passion into a career is a bonus. She looks forward to helping others establish self-awareness and promote confidence as it did for her. Natasha's background is extensive as she grew up participating in Tae Kwan Do, where she found success as an International Champion as well as being ranked 4th dan black belt. In 2020, she started her formal fitness qualification with AHFF, where she achieved both her Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Natasha is eager to flourish as a trainer and continually improve herself so she can encourage more individuals and members to reach their goals.
