Josiah helps people of all ages build strength, move better, and train with confidence. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and hands-on experience coaching everyone from beginners to competitive athletes, he designs structured strength programs that fit real life and deliver long-term results.

Drawing on his background as a National Powerlifter, he brings firsthand insight into high-level strength performance while keeping his coaching approachable and tailored to each client. His method blends education, intent, and progressive training, with sessions centred on compound lifts, innovative programming, and injury-resistant movement, so clients don’t just train hard, they train purposefully.
