I live and breathe fitness, I love to lift heavy and t rain glutes every other day, the glutes can always be bigger and better and that’s my motto. I am very posterior chain focused and core focused trainer. I love helping people achieve their goals, I feel I am very relatable as I have been through what so many women are going through, whether it be body image, depression, that mum bod, that feeling of its too hard or too far away to reach those goals, I have been there and love to help people reach this goals through the right training and nutrition.
