Please arrive ten minutes prior to your session and warm-up so you are ready to go at your appointed time. Your Trainer will guide you on appropriate warm-up routines. 2. Your session will start and finish at the appointed time. If you are late, your session will not run over to accommodate. 3. Payments will be made through Stripe and will be drawn on a Monday for that week of training. 4. If you commence your sessions after the drawn payment, you will purchase a “one-off” session to bring you in line with ROAR Active’s direct debit alignment. 5. If less than 12 hours' notice is given, or if you do not show up for a session, you will be charged the full amount with no option of a credit reschedule. 6. If more than 12 hours' notice is given, you have the ability to reschedule your session within your Trainer's availability of times. However, please note your credit sessions will expire after 14 days. An exception to this is if the Trainer cannot deliver your sessions within this timeframe. 7. Photographs may be taken for marketing purposes and posted on social media. If you have an objection to this, please advise your Trainer at the time. 8. ROAR Active accepts no liability for any injury occurring during training, nor for any nutritional or general advice given. It is your responsibility to update your Trainer to any changes in your medical conditions, health, or medications that may affect your training. 9. If you have purchased a pre-paid session package, no refund will be given for unused sessions. 10. Nutrition monitoring and advice will be given within the Australian Dietary guidelines, however, no liability is held for any advice given. 11. If your ROAR Active Trainer has to reschedule or cancel, a credit session will be given. 12. A minimum of two weeks written notice must be given to terminate your contract. Direct debit will continue until this time. 13. If you are to take time for holidays, 2 weeks’ notice must be given to your Trainer and your sessions will be scheduled either side of your break.
