Exciting Updates to your Reformer Pilates Schedule – Starting Feb 3rd!

We’re always looking for ways to bring more movement, energy and flexibility to your week. We are excited to share with you our updated Reformer Pilates class schedule that includes extra opportunities to strengthen, stretch and revive!

Starting Monday, 3rd February, we’ve made a small adjustment to the timing of some of your favourite classes, moving each class 30 minutes earlier, to create space for an exciting new addition to our timetable of an evening. PLUS, we have also added additional Reformer Pilates classes at 5am on a Tuesday morning and 7am on a Wednesday morning. Fridays at 11.30am sees a new class addition also, this “Form” class aimed towards the beginner with a focus around technique. This class allows beginners the chance to have a proper induction to the Reformer and the method, whilst still experiencing a workout.
