Strength Class

Our 50-minute Strength class focuses on building total body strength and resilience. Through simple, linear progression using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and cables, you’ll see measurable progress. Expect a variety of movements, from primary compound lifts to supplementary accessory work. This class is perfect if you want to:

Engine Class

Our 50-minute Engine class is your go-to for conditioning. It targets cardiovascular health and supports body composition changes through a range of exercises, including rowing, skiing, biking, and bodyweight movements. This class will help you:

  • Elevate your baseline fitness
  • Improve recovery
  • Boost your work capacity using diverse equipment like bikes, skis, rowers, kettlebells, sleds, and more
