I’ve grown up around the fitness industry, with both my parents being group fitness instructors and owning their own gym in the 90's. I’ve been a dancer from a very young age which sparked my love for movement. I found a love for the weight training after being personal trained myself. It inspired me to step foot into the industry so i could gain the knowledge to help others who were just like me. I want to support and encourage women of all ages to achieve their health goals by adopting sustainable habits that will make them become stronger not only in the gym but outside too. I firmly believe working on your health is a wholistic journey, focusing on your mindset is just as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, as being physically active.
