Personal Trainer

Tia comes from a family deeply rooted in the fitness industry, with parents owning their own gym in the 90s. Her passion for movement began at a young age through dance. It inspired her to step foot into the industry so she could gain the knowledge to help others who were just like her. Tia enjoys a hybrid style of training, some days she’s lifting heavy and focusing on mind muscle connection, other days she’s light as a feather, flying or upside down. She wants to guide first-time gym goers to explore outside group fitness. Tia supports women of all ages to learn how to confidently move their body, by adopting sustainable habits making them become stronger not only in the gym but outside too.
