Her passion is to help women who have dipped their toe into fitness, dive in and take their health and fitness to the next level! Casey’s focus is prioritising health in a holistic manner. Coming from a background in Veterinary Medicine, giving her a real life understanding of shift-work and the impact that it can have on your life.
