Personal Trainer

Growing up in a small town, my passion for sport and fitness was found pretty young when that’s all there was to do. I dedicated a huge part of my life to team sports mainly netball, basketball and hockey. Before working in the fitness industry, I worked in aged care where my devotion to help others took priority. Being able to combine my passions of helping others and prompting fitness has made the transition easy and have never made me want to look back! My purpose is to be able to surround myself with many people that want to become physically and mentally stronger. Through my service as a personal trainer I aim to help others on their journey to achieving their goals and becoming the best version of themselves.
