Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to fine-tune your technique, Reformer Form is the ideal place to start. This class focuses on building strong foundations, helping you master correct form, learn how to use the Reformer confidently, and move with greater strength, control, and precision.
More than just an introduction, Reformer Form offers a full-body workout that improves posture, flexibility, and coordination at a pace that suits you. It’s also a supportive choice for prenatal participants or those returning from injury.
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend beginning with a Reformer Form class before exploring our other sessions.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, as late entry is not permitted.
Grip socks are required in all classes.
