Laura-Jane Bissenden

PERSONAL TRAINER
Laura is a mum of two young kids, a paramedic, and a qualified personal trainer with a deep passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, inside and out.

 

With over 10 years of training experience, she understands firsthand what it feels like to feel insecure in one’s own skin. Fitness transformed her life, physically and mentally, and she’s committed to helping others experience that same shift.

 

Laura focuses on building lifelong habits and sustainable results, not quick fixes. She trained consistently throughout both of her pregnancies and postpartum, which inspired her to deepen her knowledge. She is currently studying a pre- and postnatal qualification to better support women through every stage of their journey.

 

For those who are bored with the gym or have never enjoyed traditional workouts, Laura also offers HYROX-style training, a fun, functional, fast-paced way to challenge yourself, build strength, and rediscover your love for movement.

 

Whether someone is just starting out, rebuilding their confidence, or ready to push their limits, Laura is there to guide, support, and motivate them every step of the way.
