Michaela is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and capable in their own bodies. Juggling family life, career and personal goals has given her a real understanding of how challenging it can be to prioritise health and how powerful it is when you finally do!

After losing 45kgs on her own fitness journey, Michaela discovered strength training and fell in love with the physical and mental transformation it created. What began as a personal goal soon became a passion, inspiring her to qualify as a personal trainer and launch Mic Moves.

Michaela specialises in weight-loss and body transformation, creating healthy lifestyle habits that fit into real life. She believes fitness should feel empowering, realistic and enjoyable, not restrictive or intimidating — focusing on long-term results rather than quick fixes. Being a mother herself, Michaela has a passion for helping mums get back in shape and feel strong in their bodies again.

Michaela brings creativity and energy to every session, helping clients reconnect with movement in a way that feels achievable and rewarding. Whether you’re new to training, returning after time away or are ready to take control of your health, Michaela is committed to guiding and motivating you every step of the way toward your goals.
