Jess brings 12 years of CrossFit experience and 8 years of coaching to the RFX community. Over that time, CrossFit has supported her through many different stages of her own life. Throughout her journey, Jess has competed locally, nationally and internationally, while also navigating training through two pregnancies and postpartum phases. These experiences have shaped her understanding of fitness beyond aesthetics, reinforcing the importance of building both physical and mental strength, appreciating what the body is capable of and continuing to grow through quality coaching and community support.
Jess is passionate about helping people at every stage of their fitness journey — whether that’s picking up weights for the first time, returning from injury, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or working toward personal and competitive CrossFit goals. She strongly believes that CrossFit is for everyone. Age, fitness level, or previous injuries should never stop someone from prioritising their health and wellbeing. Jess is passionate about creating a supportive environment where people feel empowered to invest in themselves and discover what they are truly capable of.
