Dylan brings over 15 years of experience across the fitness industry, having worked in a wide range of roles that span coaching, management and performance development. Over time, this depth of experience naturally evolved into a focus on CrossFit coaching, programming and athlete development.
Dylan is passionate about helping people improve through structured training, consistency and education. His coaching focuses on building confidence, improving performance and supporting long-term development within both individual athletes and the wider community.
His motivation for coaching comes from a genuine desire to see people progress and succeed, not just in the gym but across all areas of their health and wellbeing. He values coaching, programming, community and creating environments where people can continually grow.
