Cindy Wilson

RFX COACH

Cindy has been involved in CrossFit for almost 10 years, developing a strong passion for training, movement and continuous learning within the sport. Over this time, she has built a particular love for barbell work and weightlifting, where she finds both technical skill and confidence-building come together.

Over the past 8 months, Cindy has stepped into coaching and quickly developed a passion for supporting others through their training journey. She especially enjoys helping people develop new skills, build confidence under the barbell and achieve goals they may not have thought were possible.

Her motivation for coaching comes from a genuine enjoyment of seeing people progress and grow through training. She is driven by creating an environment where members feel supported to challenge themselves, try new skills and experience success at every stage of their journey.
