Charley’s journey into coaching began through her own weight-loss challenges and training for competitive sport. Along the way, she learned that real progress comes from training with purpose — not just chasing aesthetics.
Through working in group fitness and Strength and Conditioning, she saw a clear gap in coaching. That’s why she founded SSAE Coaching, built around two distinct programs:
- Strength and Sculpt is designed for everyday people who want to lose body fat, build strength and feel confident in their bodies through sustainable, smart training.
- Athlete Edge is a sport-specific Strength and Conditioning program for developing and competitive athletes, focused on performance, resilience and strength that carries over into their sport.
Her coaching style centres on intelligent programming, long-term progress and helping people build strength for life — not just the gym.
