Candice has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has been coaching for more than a decade. Her journey has been shaped by both her passion for training and her own experience as a competitive CrossFit athlete, giving her a strong blend of practical coaching insight and high-performance understanding.
As a competitive CrossFit athlete, Candice has competed at a high level including 3 Sanctionals appearances (1 team and 2 individual), competing at Down Under CrossFit Championship twice and Fittest in Cape Town. She has also qualified for the Torian Pro Semifinals in 2026, achieved after having two children.
Candice enjoys coaching across all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, with a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum as they return to training, as well as helping athletes take the next step in their performance journey.
She especially enjoys coaching pre-teens and teens, watching their confidence grow as they develop new skills and begin to see things click. Whether in their 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond — it’s never too late to try something new. For Candice, training is about possibility at every stage of life, and proving that you’re never too old to progress and improve.
