Brittany specialises in helping women stop starting over and finally create a routine they can stick to. Her own transformation through strength training is what drives her coaching style: practical, honest and sustainable.

With a background in performance nutrition, resistance training and body recomposition, Brittany works best with women who want structure without extremes. Her sessions combine progressive strength training, functional movement, HIIT and simple habit-building strategies designed to support fat loss, strength and confidence.

Brittany’s approach is less about chasing quick fixes and more about becoming the version of yourself who consistently shows up. Through @embodycoaching, she helps clients build discipline, improve their relationship with training and nutrition and create results that fit into real life.
