From competitive gymnastics and cheerleading in my youth to overcoming weight gain and burnout, my journey to fitness has been transformative. After completing my degree in psychology and criminology, I realised my true passion lay in fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. I have previously competed in bodybuilding, as a fitness model, and came away with placings in all divisions.
As a certified fitness and nutrition coach, I take a holistic approach to training that enhances both physical and mental well-being. I want to share my passion and help others unlock their potential, improving their overall health & confidence. I specialise in body composition, muscle building & fat loss, as well as functional fitness.
