Exciting News! Squash court bookings are now available on our ROAR Active Training App and Website! This new feature makes it easier than ever to reserve your spot and enjoy a game of squash at your convenience.

The convenience of booking your court time with just a few taps on your phone or clicks on your computer is now yours! Whether you’re planning a friendly match or a rigorous solo session, you can now secure your court up to 24 hours in advance.

Plus, you can book as late as one hour before your desired time slot, giving you the flexibility to fit in a game whenever it suits you.

Here’s what you need to know:

How to Book
If using the ROAR Active Training App – simply open the Booking App and navigate to the Squash Court section to reserve your desired time. If using the ROAR Active Webpage – visit our website and log in to access the online timetable and booking system.

Booking Window + Limits
Booking limits do apply of 1-hour sessions, with a maximum of 2 consecutive hours being booked at any one time. Bookings open 24 hours in advance, up to 1 hour before your desired time slot. *availability permitting

Check-In Process
During Staffed Hours, we ask that you please check in at the front desk upon arrival to have your attendance marked off. During Unstaffed Hours, the courts are open for use but are not bookable. Only members are able to make use of the Squash Courts outside of Reception staffed hours.

No-Show Policy
To ensure a fair booking process for all, we have introduced a No-Show Fee of $20 for members and $30 for non-members if you simply don’t show up.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before your booking time and can be done the same way you would cancel your favourite class. In the event that a member does not cancel their class within the time period required, the No-Show Policy will apply.

Equipment
Please remember to bring your own equipment. Limited squash balls and racquets are available for hire. Rubber soled shoes are also a requirement to play.
