After proudly sharing our nominations earlier this year, we’re thrilled to announce that ROAR Active has officially been named WA Gym of the Year 2026 at the 2026 Health & Fitness Acknowledgement Awards, presented at the Thrive Gala.
These awards were a huge moment for our team, our coaches and our members. They reflect the community that has helped shape ROAR Active into more than just a gym. Across our four clubs in Perth, we’ve always aimed to create an environment where people feel supported, challenged and motivated to get better together.
Adding to the celebration, Owner and CEO Amanda Munrowd was awarded WA Gym Owner of the Year 2026, recognising her leadership, vision and commitment to building a gym community that genuinely changes lives. Strong leadership sets the standard for culture, coaching and member experience and this recognition reflects the impact she continues to make across ROAR Active.
These awards highlight both the strength of the brand and the leadership behind it. We’re also proud to celebrate two more individual wins from our team on the night:
- Coy Jennings – WA Bodybuilding Prep Coach of the Year 2026
- Boo Barraclough – WA Online Fitness Coach of the Year 2026
Together, these results speak to the depth of coaching talent inside ROAR Active. From everyday training and body transformation through to high-level coaching and online support, our team is committed to delivering real results for real people.
