Member Upgrade Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. PROMTER

This promotion is offered by ROAR Active Pty Ltd and applies to eligible members across all ROAR Active club locations.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion is valid from 14 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Membership upgrades must be completed within this period to be eligible.

3. ELIGIBITY

  • This offer is available to current active ROAR Active members only.
  • To qualify, members must upgrade from their existing membership to a higher tier membership plan during the Promotion Period.

4. OFFER DETAILS

  • Eligible members who upgrade their membership during the Promotion Period will receive 20% off the first four (4) weeks of their upgraded membership.
  • The discount will be automatically applied to the first four weeks of billing after the upgrade has been processed.

5. UPGRADE REQUIREMENTS

  • The upgraded membership will commence immediately or from the next applicable billing cycle as determined by ROAR Active.
  • Members must agree to the terms and pricing of the upgraded membership at the time of upgrade.

6. COOLING PERIOD

  • All upgraded memberships under this promotion are subject to a 30-day cooling period.
  • During this period, members cannot downgrade their membership to their previous membership tier.

7. STANDARD MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • By upgrading, members agree to the standard ROAR Active membership terms and conditions applicable to their new membership type, including any minimum commitment periods, notice periods and applicable fees.
  • All memberships remain subject to the general ROAR Active membership policies and procedures.

8. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

  • After the promotional period of four weeks has ended, the upgraded membership will continue at the standard membership rate applicable to that membership type.
  • Membership fees will be charged according to the member’s selected billing cycle and payment method.

9. LIMITATIONS

  • This promotion is available once per member during the Promotion Period.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless otherwise stated by ROAR Active.
  • The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

10. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

ROAR Active reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where reasonably required.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the general ROAR Active membership terms.
