At RFX, Crossfit is the cornerstone of our training program. Each daily session blends strength, skill, and conditioning to deliver a fun, challenging, and effective workout.
Classes typically include 2–3 parts: a thorough warm-up focused on mobility and skill development; a strength or gymnastics segment featuring barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, and more; followed by a conditioning workout with varied time frames.
Though we follow a structured training cycle to guide your progress, the daily WODs offer plenty of variety to keep you motivated and engaged — no two workouts are ever the same.
