RFX Teens classes are specially designed for teens aged 13–18 who want to boost their fitness, strength, mobility, and overall athleticism. Similar in structure to our adult CrossFit classes but tailored for younger athletes, these sessions provide a safe and effective way to train, learn, and grow.
Each class consists of 2–3 parts: a dynamic warm-up focusing on mobility and skill development; a strength training segment using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises; and a conditioning workout designed to be fun, challenging, and varied. With a wide range of equipment and training styles, every session is fresh, engaging, and designed to help teens improve at their own pace.
