RFX Pre-Teens
Building strength, skill, and confidence for growing athletes aged 7-12
RFX Pre-Teens class introduces young athletes aged 7-12 to foundational weightlifting techniques, gymnastics skills, and conditioning — all designed to develop coordination, strength, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether members are continuing their journey from RFX Kids or just starting out, our expert coaches assess individual skill levels and tailor training accordingly. Classes follow a familiar CrossFit structure with 2–3 parts, emphasising strength endurance and controlled lifts using lighter weights. This approach ensures pre-teens learn to move safely and efficiently, preparing them for the next step into our Teens classes.
