RFX Kids is our fun and active CrossFit-based program designed just for ages 4–6. These sessions are all about moving, playing, and building confidence through exercise — all while developing fundamental movement skills that will support kids as they grow.
Each class follows a familiar CrossFit-style structure, with 2–3 parts including movement, skill-building, and games. We focus on bodyweight exercises, balance, coordination, and the safe introduction of lifting techniques — always keeping it fun, safe, and age-appropriate.
It’s the perfect way to get your little ones moving, learning, and having a blast — all in a supportive, energetic environment.
