Inspired by the global fitness race sensation, our HYROX class includes movements and stations inspired by the competition environment, including running, rowing, ski ergs, sled pushes, sled pulls, farmer carries, wall balls and burpee broad jumps.
Whether you’re preparing for your first event, chasing a new PB or simply want a high-energy training format that pushes you further, ROAR gives you the space and coaching to achieve your goal.
What is HYROX Training?
HYROX training blends functional strength with endurance-based conditioning in a race-inspired format. Sessions are designed to challenge both your aerobic fitness and your ability to move efficiently under fatigue.
The goal is simple: help you build race-ready fitness. Train solo or alongside others in a supportive environment that keeps you accountable and progressing, you do not need to be an elite athlete to start.
