Cindy offers personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance and one-on-one training sessions. Cindy has a deep understanding of anatomy and exercise science, which allows her to design safe and effective workout plans. Cindy is also a supportive and encouraging coach who understands the challenges that come with making a fitness transformation, and is dedicated to making sure each client feels heard and valued throughout their journey.
