Reformer Pilates at ROAR is a full-body, low-impact class that strengthens, tones and improves mobility in one dynamic session. Using a Pilates reformer bed and spring-based resistance, you’ll work through controlled movements that focus on core engagement, postural alignment and overall muscular endurance.
This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger and train smarter. Whether you’re building a foundation or adding depth to your routine, Reformer Pilates supports your progress and enhances recovery.
Grip socks are required and we recommend arriving at least five minutes early, as late entry is not permitted.
