Maria Marriott

Maria is passionate about helping busy women build strong, healthy bodies in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and achievable. With over 7 years experience as a Kung Fu instructor and more than 10 years of being coached herself, she understands the value of clear structure, consistency and support.

Specialising in weight loss, strength training, perimenopause and menopause training, Maria focuses on simple, practical methods that fit into real life. Her coaching combines structured strength training, functional movement, habit-based support and HIIT where appropriate, helping clients build confidence without feeling overwhelmed.

Maria’s approach is built around progress over perfection. She works closely with women who feel time-poor, unsure where to start or ready to take better control of their health, creating clear plans that remove the guesswork and support long-term results.
