Mastika is a dedicated personal trainer who specialises in postpartum support, weight loss, and strength training. Her focus is on helping clients build lasting habits by addressing both the physical and mental sides of their health journey. She understands that staying consistent and motivated can be challenging, which is why she works closely with clients to reconnect them with their why—the reason they started and the goals they’re working toward. Having experienced setbacks herself, including injuries and becoming a mum, Mastika brings a relatable and supportive approach to her coaching. She knows that life isn’t always perfect, and she’s passionate about helping clients find balance, build strength, and feel empowered—one step at a time.
