ROAR Active is moving to a new membership and booking system powered by Perfect Gym. This new platform will power a brand new ROAR Active app with improved booking, communication and member experience features. This not only means a smarter app, but faster bookings, better notifications and a more personalised experience for our valued members.

Download Our New App: Our brand new ROAR Active App will go live on Thursday, 23 October. You’ll need to have downloaded the new ROAR Active App to continue booking and managing your account from the convenience of your mobile phone or tablet. For Apple users, please click here and for Android, please click here.

Bookings: Bookings on the new app open Thursday, 23 October, ready for sessions kicking off Friday, 24 October. Plan your week, secure your spot, and get ready to roar! 

Memberships and Payments: Your membership type and payment details are completely safe as part of this upgrade and will transfer automatically to the new platform. You will be able to log into the new ROAR Active App from Thursday, 23 October, but you will not be able to utilise the features just yet. We encourage you to have the new ROAR Active App downloaded so you are ready to go!
