I have been in the fitness industry for three years now and absolutely love what I do. I spend most of my time outdoors walking my dog Hunter, reading books or eating food (I am a big foodie). I think I am hilarious and always laugh at my own terrible jokes. I specialise in Strength training, Nutrition, Holistic Health and believe that you don't have to be extreme, just consistent when training.
