Hi I’m Renae, you will hear me before you see me so I’ve been told, but don’t let that scare you off as I am the biggest people person & have been told my laugh is so infectious it will brighten up any day. Before working in the fitness industry, I was always so passionate about health & fitness, not just the way it changes your appearance but the way it changes your mindset & how it can give you that lifestyle balance everyone is chasing. I truly believe I relate so well to all of my clients because of my life skills, the fact I am a mother, a wife & show compassion & extra support where needed. Where you are lacking in motivation that’s where I step in, I am here to guide you along the way sharing my knowledge with you, giving you that extra support to help you achieve your goals. The biggest reward is helping women become their most confident and best self, however that looks to them! Whether you are wanting to improve your fitness, increase your strength both physically and mentally or just simply improve the way you look and see yourself, I will be there every step of the way. My approach is to lead by example, I enjoy a drink and high calorie food from time to time, so why can’t you? Ultimately the goal is to live your best life and look good while doing it, and that is something I set to achieve with you.
