As a personal trainer my goal is to help build strong, confident women inside & outside of the gym. With exercise programs, nutrition advice & goal/mindset sessions my aim is to listen to what my clients need to smash their goals while building a healthy lifestyle that's balanced & sustainable. My biggest motivation would be seeing my client's progression & growth. It not only motivates me to be a better personal trainer but it motivates me to keep pushing myself to be the best version of me that I can be.
