We’re thrilled to announce that starting from June 19th, we’ll be unveiling our brand spanking new Group Fitness Timetable that is packed with exciting and quirky classes to get you moving and grooving like never before. Are you ready to unleash your inner fitness superstar? We thought so!

Hold onto your workout gear because we have some fabulous new additions to the timetable that are guaranteed to make you sweat, smile, and achieve those fitness goals. Let’s take a sneak peek at what’s coming your way:

  1. STRONG: This class will put your strength and endurance to the test, combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with music that will make you want to conquer the world. Get ready to unleash your inner warrior and leave the class feeling stronger than ever!
  2. SWEAT: If you’re looking for a workout that will make you drip with sweat and leave you feeling exhilarated, this class is for you! It’s a heart-pounding, calorie-blasting cardio experience that will keep you on your toes and give you that natural high you crave.
  3. ACTIV8 (Glute Class): Time to activate those glutes and sculpt the booty of your dreams! Our talented instructors will guide you through targeted exercises designed to tone, lift, and strengthen your derrière. Get ready for an activation party that your glutes won’t forget!

But wait, that’s not all! We’ve listened to your feedback and made sure to keep your favorite classes on the timetable too. You spoke, and we listened. Here are the tried-and-true classes that will remain:
